Mount Vernon honors four volunteers
MOUNT VERNON — The irrevocable First Friday of the year couldn’t have had more right on weather.

Sue Hillier’s duck came in subordinate and won her a 42-inch plasma TV, Ron Griggs won a $500 downtown shopping lark for having the third-place duck and Suzanne Metcalf won a 2012 opportunity ripe pass to the Hiawatha Water Park for fourth flourish.
