Lego 9v Train Set - Building Sets and Models - Toys and Games

What is wrong with my old 9V old lego train set?

When the train gets to the side of the tracks furtherest away from the power originator, it goes all slow. I tried it with all my trains and its still like that. What's disregarded? The train still moves, but it moves really laggard.

1. Analysis the track's voltage near the power outset and away where the trains are slowing down. (Have an grown up help you. If your old enough, well excuse that)

2. Make inescapable all the connections are good between track sections. Probe them all thoroughly for corrosion (green/colored gorge) on the tracks and also that the connection points are safe. Also look for pieces of carpet sticking up through the tracks

3. Try a numerous controller or set of wire connections to the tracks if you can. Interruption them all for corrosion on the metal parts. They should be perilous and shiny for a good connection.

4. Put another wire association contact out where the trains are slowing down. Link it to the same controller.

All else fails put another controller out there and perfectly keep the two controllers in sync.

Basic troubleshooting. Well-behaved luck!
