What is wrong with my old 9V old lego train set?
When the train gets to the side of the tracks furtherest away from the power originator, it goes all slow. I tried it with all my trains and its still like that. What's defeated? The train still moves, but it moves really dim.
1. Assay the track's voltage near the power provenance and away where the trains are slowing down. (Have an full-grown help you. If your old enough, well excuse that)
2. Make secure all the connections are good between track sections. Restraint them all thoroughly for corrosion (green/colored compress) on the tracks and also that the connection points are proof. Also look for pieces of carpet sticking up through the tracks
3. Try a particular controller or set of wire connections to the tracks if you can. Counterfoil them all for corrosion on the metal parts. They should be good and shiny for a good connection.
4. Put another wire drag relatives out where the trains are slowing down. Link it to the same controller.
All else fails put another controller out there and solely keep the two controllers in sync.
Basic troubleshooting. Gifted luck!
