Which is better the Lego City cargo train deluxe [7898] or the Lego City passenger train [7897]?

i would like to have knowledge of which of these sets is the best??

goods is best as it does more than just go in perimeter the track...kids can load and un-weight it so it has more play value...also they can leave the logs off and load with other horse feathers...toys,lego bricks, little teddies etc it does more for the wit x
