Duluth Police Want Occupiers Out This Weekend

Police met with some members of the Tenant Duluth movement today where they discussed how overcome to comply with city ordinances that requires all people to be out of the municipality Civic Center by this weekend.
Occupy members met with Duluth officials today and design to meet as an Occupy Duluth group tomorrow to sponsor on what they plan to do.
Police say that failure to leave could result in ticketing, fines and if there's no compliance by the weekend Duluth Police say protestors will be assisted in packing up and striking out.
As part of the agreement police say they will allow the protestors to leave one tent up overnight as covet as protestors acquire necessary permits from the burgh parks department.
However only one person will be allowed to tarry with that tent overnight to act as a security guard for occupiers things.
Talking with the members of the movement today, they experience the police's promise to let them stay over the winter was broken, and the "one tent" compromise is a censure in the face.

NOPD: Triple shooting was over parking space

NEW ORLEANS - Community leaders said Monday that three shootings on Sunday that progressive two men dead, three children and three adults recovering from
gunshot wounds all animate red flags in the city’s war on crime.
New Orleans police said all three shooting incidents were separate. Investigators said Monday they believe one of the shootings stemmed from an fray over a parking space. 7-year-old Terrence played front his Almonaster Street house Monday with a bandage on his arm. His fellow 8-year-old Jaheem has one too.
Both were shot along side their 2-year-old sister, Brittney, while playing Sunday tenebrousness.
Shondra Ducros, the children's mother, said she wasn't available at the time and got a terrifying phone call from her sister that the three children had been instantly.
“Like when Katrina hit,” Ducros said.
Friends and kith and kin members dropped off teddy bears and even some flowers for the three pubescent victims. But neighbors maintain their injuries could've been a lot worse. They said the man who died jumped in front of the kids to retain them. “According to what was on the scene, there was ammunition that was consonant with a long rifle,” said NOPD 5th Department Commander Christopher Goodly.
