I looked advantage - too good.
Like a "before-and-after" advertisement, the change was justifiable short of jaw-dropping.
Slightly embarrassed, I stepped out, hoping I wouldn't be fa a firing squad of laughter and snide remarks. For the first on one occasion since Yoko broke up the Beatles, I was sporting a full bean of long, thick, glossy hair. Not mine, obviously, maybe not even human being (doubtful since it cost less than a couple of venti lattes at Starbucks).
But I was hoping less earnest minds couldn't tell the difference in the next few hours.
The tropical-themed dinner was prosperous better than expected. Unaccustomed to all the second glances, I was caught up in the uninvited compliments on my youthful looks and shiny, glossy hair.
I was flattered by all the attention, even an unexpected proposition. To be frank, it came from an over-aged Lothario, his tuxedo seams straining against his beer-keg belly. But, never be bothered, I was caught up in the illusion until brazenly I tempted providence.

Whiz wrestling usually rips off Hollywood in some approach. It's not often that it rips off dead actors though.
A unique episode is that Sting was on the receiving end of this fact twice.
The first was during his extended run in WCW where he donned a black leather trench and switched from his normally colorful lineaments paint to something resembling the undead notable "The Crow." In case you weren't aware, Brandon Lee died during an calamity in making the infamous film.
This was well received and he kept the same what's-its-name for years. More or less, it suited his role and label perfectly as the foil for Hogan's NWO at the height of the Monday Stygian Wars.
The second time around? Not so much. Ripping off Heath Ledger's "Merry andrew" character simply came across as a bad attempt to reworking a once good idea.
I have all the respect in the world for the "The Icon." In my conception, he is the best wrestler to have never wrestled in the WWE, and that gives him an air of credit.
