Cranberry Equestrian fundraiser

Hunt Youth Sports Running Program
KINGSTON – Sacred Ticker School in Kingston will be hosting Session II of the Hound Youth Sports Leadership Program from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, and from 8 a.m. to noontide Saturday, Nov. 5 and Sunday, Nov. 6, on the costly school campus. The sports skill and influence program is for boys and girls in grades 6 through 9 and is funded through the William C. Through with a fine-tooth comb ‘87 Scholarship Fund and a grant from the Inclusive Schools Foundation. Participants have the opportunity to line with skilled coaches and learn from special lodger speakers. Main themes in the program are skills training, supervision, commitment, respect and responsibility. The cost is $30 per apprentice and includes T-shirt, Friday evening pizza dinner and three-day program. The program is reduced to 20 participants. COFFEE WITH COUNSELORS: Rockwood Inculcate District hosts Coffee with Counselors from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 2 in the library at Rockwood South Midst School, 1628 Hawkins Road in Fenton. The program for adults only is led by counseling/form climate facilitator Dr. Jill Mueth and addresses ways parents can talk with their children about topics such as drinking, bullying, eating disorders and suicide.
