Thousands of Barbie Dolls Discovered

The resources manager says it was only within the past three weeks, as he began effective through the boxes, that he stumbled upon a Barbie collector's dream.

“Every individual one of them have been just like you are seeing right here, label new pristine usually has a shipping crate,” Jeffrey said.

A mammoth cache of Barbies in unopened boxes with receipts enclosed -- boxes labeled “little” and “collectors’ editions” that the 61-year-old maid had apparently accumulated over the years.

It’s estimated that Featherly spout around $300,000 on the 2,200 dolls found at the estate.

There are also dolls, children's toys and books dating back to the 40s and 50s, some clothing and some boxes fully labeled "stuff.”

The collection was moved to a Cobb County retreat, where Jeffrey has begun cataloging the items.

“I call to mind a consider I found about 250 ounces of silver...stuffed away at one peak... We've found cash that been hidden away in pants pockets. You never be versed -- every box is something new and exciting,” said Jeffrey.

Parents overreact to tattooed Barbie

The American Academy of Dermatology states one in every four Americans from ages 18-50 has a tattoo, so why is Barbie not allowed to have one? Children who observant of the nightly news are exposed to more vulgar materialistic than a doll with a flower tattooed on her plastic band.

Since 1969, Mattel has been producing stick-thin dolls that give girls fancied ideas about what they should look like.

Researchers at the University Key Hospital in Helsinki, Finland ex-plained that if a wife had measurements equivalent to Barbie's, it could be troublesome. "If Barbie were life expanse she would lack the 17 to 22% body fat required for a moll to menstruate," the researchers said.

This is not the first time one of Mattel's creations has caused quarrel. In 2002, Mattel released a pregnant adaptation of Barbie's friend Midge, who came complete with a removable toddler.  Overly sensitive parents complained it was sending the mistreat message; not because she was pregnant, but because she was sold without her husband.
