What is the difference between Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon R?

Lately I've been watching sailor moon on youtube and I've noticed that they have two opposite sailor moons:Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon R. I don't get it! Are they contrary seasons or a spin off of the original? Which one is the basic?

Sailor Who Hijacked Bus, Killed Two, Deported To Panama

In 1977, Robinson was a 26-year-old Naval forces apprentice who had been in the United States as a permanent dwelling since 1964.
