Strategic plan to be updated

One of the scantling goals this year is to develop a process to update the Critical Plan. The process to update the plan will be discussed at the December Board session. The process will look at what we have accomplished, how the environment has changed and what are new issues that may not have been part of our concentrate in 2009. The process may confirm some of our strategies, improve or to add to others. The intention is not to rewrite a new plan, but to spend some concentrated previously reviewing and updating, if necessary, the plan we wrote in 2009. This procedure will take place in the Spring.
