Hand Held Game And Water - Games and Puzzles - Toys and Games

I'm looking for the name of an old video game from the early 80's.?

It was a hand held game, bigger than what a game boy would look like today. it was rectangular, with controls sticking up a bit like a joystick... I recognize it being silver. The object of the game was to help the plumber put the pipes back where they were demolished before the water or the rats could get to him and flood everything.... another element I remember is when you completed a level, you would win a outstanding that looked like a gold cup, and I muse over I remember it blinking and making a lot of racket to show you did a good job. I know there are many similar games in the retail, but I have done several internet searches and I can't find it... I old to play with it in the early 80's. Anybody call to mind this game? I don't think the manufacturer was anybody as known as the makers of Game Boy and Atari...
This game didn't use cartridges. It was a solitary game that was popular at the same time as the "game and attend to" games, but it was probably twice the scope of them.
"B", yes, I remember the bombard now... I had completely forgotten about it. I concoct you might be right... I can't believe it... I did a few searches under that name and the game looks almost like the one I had... this is inordinate...
Ok guys, I remember it all... the guy has to fix the pipes so that the jail-bait can take her bath... this is awesome... B, you're getting 10 points tomorrow!!!

Sounds like Animated Tom. There was a bomb and fuse on the left side of the paravent and you had to put it out before it blew up. There were different platforms for it such as arcade, gameboy, and then the cutlery thing you were describing.

The opening game was a replay of last year’s women’s wonderful final with White Pointers taking on Dragons.

The Dragons destroyed a couple of key players in the off season so the reigning premiers Oyster-white Pointers went in as favourite.

Pointers didn’t let down and piled on four first half goals and led 4 – 1 at half nevertheless.

An excellent third quarter by the Pointers with three goals to nil put the issue beyond doubt.

Pointers running out easy victors 7 – 1.

Lily Houghton and Erin Brierly were the pre-eminent players for White Pointers and Kimmy Cooper was the A- player for Dragons.

In the other women’s match Seafollies battled Mantas.
