Alec Baldwin's alleged air rage boosts Words With Friends
What happens when a renown such as Alec Baldwin gets kicked off an American Airlines rout for refusing to stop playing the Scrabble-like fake Words With Friends -- even after flight attendants have asked passengers to harm off all electronic equipment?A flood of people hurry-up to play the game on Facebook, and Zynga, the Pty that makes the popular word game, releases an ikon of a Words With Friends board that reads "Let Alec Womanize."
A spokeswoman for AppData , a company that measures app use on Facebook, said Words With Friends has increased its routine active user count by 100,000 since Tuesday morning, from 5.4 million players to 5.5 million players.
As for how Zynga is responding to the deluge of publicity, a spokeswoman for the corporation said it had no comment. However, if you go to Zynga's Facebook phase, you'll find that company officials are clearly thrilled.

Best Poultry Slam ever.
This week’s scene of TAL was the 2011 installment of the the show’s one annual theme, “Poultry Slam.” Based on the conceit that during the holiday months, America consumes far more poultry than during any other interval of year, TAL puts one episode aside per year to talk about fowl, and this year, they took the thread to new heights. 2011’s Poultry Slam dealt with three of my pet subjects: the eradication penalty, wild turkeys and goose sex (or is it geese sex?)
In Act I, a man is on expiration row and about to be executed. However, this man like many on death row shows signs of mental derangement. What constitutes insanity for you? How about a woman using their own feces to bind their own dreadlocks? So, the appeals Queen's for this man, in trying to prove that he’s insane has him evaluated by a psychiatrist who finally concludes that he’s perfectly sane, pooplocks and all. Why? Outwardly during their interaction, this psychiatrist challenged her subject to a ploy of checkers (how pissed would you be if your shrink suddenly whipped out the ol’ checker plank?) Since this man was able to beat the shrink at checkers, he was deemed of sound mind. Well, instead of trying to prove this noteworthy psychiatrist was merely an awful checker instrumentalist, the attorney recalled a chicken she’d once seen at a county decent who was able to play and win at checkers. She forth the next few years searching for the Bobby Fischer of chickens until she was in the final analysis able to save this man from the chair. The rectitude of the story? Before executing a man, challenge him to a fake of Scrabble.
