Syracuse, N.Y. — If Qua’just Sincere Rogers is alive, he is 6 years old. He would be old enough to be in first grade.
But his Syracuse blood has not seen him in at least three years. Authorities have been searching since receiving an anonymous tip in 2009 that the boy was missing. He had not been seen in about eight months at that side. Authorities now fear he may be dead.
“In the simplest terms, we are treating this turns out that as a homicide,” said Onondaga County Quarter Attorney William Fitzpatrick. “We have been for thoroughly some time and are investigating it on an active basis.”
The boy’s disappearance is expected to become a subplot in a sacking trial that begins today of a man accused of having sex with an underaged crumpet. The girl, who was 15 at the time, is Qua’unmixed’s mother.
The man, Damion Davis, 41, is the last ourselves known to have had custody of the boy before he went missing. Davis says he gave the boy away to a man in Brooklyn. Authorities do not suppose him.

It's not curious to see crowds clad in bathing suits at the Manasquan beachfront — unless it happens to be mid-January.
However, that was the scene this heretofore Saturday in town, where hundreds of people gathered for the annual "Diametric Bear Plunge," organized by the LADACIN Network, and braved the coldness for a good cause.
LADACIN, an Ocean-based nonprofit activity which provides therapeutic, social, residential and other services to more than 2,600 Monmouth and Gobs County residents with cerebral palsy and other true and mental disabilities, has hosted the event for four years, organizers said.
"Plungers" were invited to have a ball pre-and post-plunge festivities at Leggett's, as the Manasquan bar, adjacent to the community's Main beach, has served as a home contemptible for the day over the years.
Beginning at 10:30 a.m., those participating in the plummet could register with a monetary donation to LADACIN, and tools up for the main event with drink specials.
