Anyone remember those wooden brain teaser puzzles? how do you solve them?

I am refering to the ones that tempered to to be on the tables in alot of restruants back in the 80's they were made of wood in diferent shapes like triangles or squares or whatever and the trade pices were golf tee's. well I got one of the triangle shaped ones for easter I was fitting wondering if anyone knows a way or a website that shows how to crack them?
